Sometimes this can be due to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) being down in the area. However, often times it isn’t and is instead a piece of equipment causing the issue inside your home. Here’s a few things to try:
- Restart your modem/router – simply turn off your router, wait 5 minutes and try again.
- If your router has been restarted, try restarting your computer or device next. Sometimes your computer can lose internet connection if there’s a pending update that has affected your network drivers.
